I loved the lovely breakfast experience and the cozy decor despite being a bit dated. The Roaring 20's party was a blast! I'd definitely return for another stay.

Friendly check-in, late check-out. Neat rooms with an electric kettle, central heating and a work desk, exceptionally comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with a good assortment for all tastes, very efficient service. Lovely area, central location just next door to the beach, the New Wilmington and the theatres.

The room lacked a chair and bedside table. I noticed cleanliness issues as the bathroom was not up to par on arrival. The low water pressure in the shower barely provided a satisfactory wash. Breakfast options felt limited and basic, while the cluttered ironing room raised some concerns about maintenance. I felt the hotel attracted a diverse clientele, affecting the overall atmosphere .

The room was clean and fresh with modern decor. The staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I went with my mother who is 70 and the hotel is very geared towards the older customer. There was entertainment in the bar on Sat, which was good fun. It's also literally a 5 min walk to the seafront so very convenient and also just 5 mins from the winter garden and congress theatres.
Two things that would have made the hotel perfect. There is no on site parking so you have to park in the street. The hotel did give us a permit and we had no trouble finding a space, but suspect this might be harder in peak season. Also while the food wasn't bad - it wasn't really what I would class restaurant standard. It was decent enough but I dud ask for my steak nedium rare and it came out grey. But that is being picky because the meat was tender with a good flavour.

I was down in Eastbourne for a Rotary Conference, the hotel is just opposite the Conference Hall, and Theatre, and very near good restaurants.

The hotel was welcoming , friendly and looked after me very well. I was using it as a base for a conference and the facilities were just right for the purpose I had for the visit. Thank you and I expect to return in the future.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull in making our stay both comfortable and relaxing and went out of their way to assist with an elderly relative and who changed our room to aid us with easier access.

My parents' "Delux" room was very nice, our normal double was just fine. The breakfasts were nice (except for some re-heated baked beans one morning which had dried out & looked horrible). Good location for the theatres & for the seafront although it isn't on the front. It was a nice quiet hotel (although it was full) you didn't hear the other guests at night, so got a good sleep.
The "entertainment" in the bar on Sunday evening was pretty awful!

A very nice comfortable hotel, with all the amenities within walking distance. The free parking in some areas can be a little difficult to find especially outside the hotel.we stayed in November so i should think that in summertime it could be worse.

friendliness of the staff with nothing being too much trouble, Food was very good with an extremely good choice on the menu daily. Bar plus a small lounge enabled people to mingle with other guests and enjoy the entertainment if wanted or have a quiet relaxing evening.
The beds in our room were a bit harder than we are used to.
